    About the Artist

Teddy & White Stork is created by California-based artist Anna Moem.

Living in sunny California with her husband and daughter, Anna draws much of her inspiration from everyday beauty — time spent outdoors, visits to botanical gardens, fresh flowers gathered from the garden, charming interiors, and the quiet magic of childhood memories.

Her work reflects a lifelong love of watercolor, storytelling, travel, and timeless design. Inspired by everything from European streets and antique textiles to nature and nostalgic storybooks, she creates illustrations that feel soft, whimsical, and collected over time.

Each piece begins as an original hand-painted watercolor and is created slowly and intentionally, with a focus on warmth, elegance, and emotional connection. Through Teddy & White Stork, Anna hopes to create artwork that brings beauty, comfort, and a sense of quiet joy into everyday spaces.

    Process & Craft

Every illustration begins as an original watercolor painting, created by hand using traditional techniques. Anna works in layers, allowing the paintings to develop naturally with softness, texture, and movement.

The final artwork is reproduced as museum-quality giclée prints on heavyweight fine art paper selected for its rich color, subtle watercolor texture, and archival quality. The goal is to preserve the feeling of the original painting as closely as possible — delicate, painterly, and made to be enjoyed for years to come.

Each piece is intended to feel both refined and approachable: artwork that lives beautifully within a home over time.
